LEGAL NOTICE of ownership is hereby given that, Mr. Gibbs (surname), Charles (given name), a living emancipated “copper-colored” aboriginal Native American male who has attained the legal age of majority, is the beneficiary and sole owner of record to the certificate of title an official “Certificate of Live Birth”, record filed on August 6, 1959, with the Office of Vital Records, in the State of Delaware, state file number 107-59-06262, under the title or name of registrant CHARLES PATRICK GIBBS, the true and correct name for record is Charles Patrick Gibbs. NOW, THEREFORE, the offices of the State Registrar, Attorney General, and Governor of Delaware together with all other parties in interest, whether local, state or federal in their official or individual capacity, shall recognize Mr. Gibbs, Charles, as the exclusive owner of the above-mentioned record and the beneficiary to all registered security(ies) therefrom, and the only one who has the rights, title, interest and entitlements in and to all personal or real property, choate or inchoate, corporeal or incorporeal, legal or equitable associated with him and his estate.
